Manufacturing: Challenged with designing and fabricating a working robot, they take the 3D model blueprint and turn it into an operational machine. Measurements, calculations, machining, mechanics, electronics and assembly are aspects of this division. Meeting size, weight, and restrictive requirements of FIRST, in combination with building a robot that will perform the given task efficiently and effectively takes precise calculations and uses many problem solving skills.
