MV Transportation is a privately owned transportation management company that services people nationwide. They provide transportation to individuals who would otherwise not be able to reach their destinations.
In 2007, Mr. Jon Monson, Chief Executive Officer of MV Transportation, came to a presentation at Technology High School to learn about robotics. During this presentation he realized the positive effect that FIRST has on the students who participate. His company decided to sponsor us, providing us with an initial donation to help cover registration. MV transportation also gave us a challenge: if Tech High Robotics qualified for the National Competition in Atlanta, they would provide us with another generous donation to help cover the travel expenses. At the Davis Regional, we won the Engineering Inspiration award, earning us a place at the National Competition. Without the support of MV Transportation, Team 675 would not have had the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful experience.
For the current Robotics season, MV Transportation has returned to sponsor us, yet again. They remain one of our treasured sponsors and we are proud to wear their name and their logo.
